Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting with the orientation of new nursing staff and assessing the educational needs of all nursing staff, planning and implementing appropriate learning activities and evaluating the effectiveness of nursing staff learning.

Job Essentials:
Three (3) years OR experience required; OR Nursing education experience preferred
Education Requirements:
Master's Degree required
License/Certifications:
NJ RN License
Certification Operating Room Nurse Specialty (CNOR) required
Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
