Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Commercial or Business related subjects, at least 25 points.
- Tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
- Code B Driver's license and own reliable transport
- A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in lending, insurance, financial services, or a related market sector.
- Proficiency in local vernacular languages will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy is essential.
- Sound numerical and analytical ability.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- A strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to work extended trading hours when required.
- Flexibility and readiness to undertake extensive travel.
Job description:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client requirements and consistently exceeding expectations, while upholding professionalism at all times.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery with a courteous and professional approach.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service excellence
- Promote and facilitate cross-selling opportunities across the organisation’s financial product portfolio
- Demonstrate drive, resilience and commitment in achieving set performance targets
- Monitor, analyze and stay informed of market trends while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
- Focus on client retention while proactively identifying and developing new business and sales opportunities.
- Candidate will be responsible for servicing Omaruru and surrounding areas.
