
Call Center Agent - Bilingual Spanish
Job Description
What will you be doing: As a customer service call agent, you will handle inbound telephonic calls ensuring positive patient experiences; liaison between our company and our patients; verify patient information, troubleshoots equipment to resolve patient’s issues, provide delivery information, responds to health plan inquiries, process re-fill requests, escalate unresolved issues, complete and process any pending orders. The incumbent will take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
