Grounds Maintenance Laborer

General Summary Maintains the grounds of industrial, commercial, or public property. This is a part-time position, with the first 30 days scheduled as full-time for training. After training is complete, the schedule will transition to part-time hours.

Requirements: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)

Pay: • $19.27/hour + $5.30 Health & Welfare (H&W)

Schedule: • Training Period (First 30 Days): Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM • Ongoing Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
