Senior Program Manager - Aviation programs

Lead the aviation future as Program Director for our flagship software; Global Procedure Designed (GPD) and Automated Charting & Encoding (ACE). These tools empower 350 + procedure designers worldwide and are the NGA’s standard for automated chart production.

You’ll own a $15 M portfolio and steer an upto 50‑person multidisciplinary team, delivering on‑time, on‑budget, on‑scope solutions for key customers such as USAF, NAV Canada and NGA. Lead strategy, risk & opportunity management, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and grow new‑business pipelines while mentoring talent.

We need ~15+ years of program leadership in safety‑critical aviation, a “nothing slips” mindset, and deep domain expertise.
