Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plans Administrator to join us based in our Yarra Falls office. Working in our Plan Managers division within Computershare, responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to Plan Manager Clients and their individual employee share plan holders.

Reporting to a Team Leader, the Plans Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality operational and administrational services to clients and the respective client’s employee plan participants. 

 You will work closely with your team and internal stakeholders to ensure all activity and allocated work is done to meet expectations.

Some other key responsibilities:

  • Generating and interpreting daily transactional reports 
  • Responding to employee share plan participant email enquiries 
  • Data entry of employee information held in internal systems and databases 

Preparation and issuance of share transfers and payments

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, able to balance conflicting priorities and someone who is technology savvy.

Other key skills required for the role include: 

  • Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products – specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and strong time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and has problem solving skills
  • Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of Employee Share Plans and the financial services will be highly regarded
