Shift (Hospitality) Leader - Rosedale

We are in search of a Shift Leader who will play a role in our restaurant operations team, reporting directly to the General Manager (GM). In this role, you will work closely with our GM to enhance our restaurant operations, ensuring consistent quality hospitality. Your responsibilities will include overseeing smooth shifts, utilizing your coaching skills, and ensuring our customers receive the best service. Upholding our high standards for team culture, food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and sanitation will be at the core of your mission. We are a scratch kitchen, there is a reason why our Tacos are delicious! We close at 9pm. Our average hourly wage is $21 per hour for hourly Shift Leads. We're looking for weekend and night availability.
