Responsibilities

The Nurse Coordinator-NMG provides outpatient nursing care and patient/family services on an initial and on-going basis. The Nurse Coordinator serves as the patient/family’s initial contact with the program and handles all new referrals with appropriate scheduling, program planning and enrollment.

Qualifications

Required:

• One year supervisory and three years nursing
• Bachelor Degree
• Registered Nurse 

Desired:

• One year pediatrics
