In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate -end-to-end service operations, including job creation, processing in SAP/SFDC, scheduling preventive and reactive maintenance visits, and dispatching service engineers.
Provide operational support to customers and service partners, including enquiry handling, spare parts coordination, customs documentation, quotation support, and warranty/PDOA documentation.
Support service business performance by preparing service reports, assisting contract renewals,driving service revenue growth initiatives, and collaborating with regional teams to improve key service KPIs (TTR, Remote Resolution Rate, CES, Utilization, Compliance, etc.).
The essential requirements of the job include:
Hands-on experience with SAP, SFDC, or similar service management systems for service jobcreation, processing and reporting.
Experience in service operations or customer support, including scheduling, job handling, spare parts coordination, or similar technical/administrative service processes.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business or a related field
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
Life science/medical device industry service operations or customer support.
Working with regional/global service teams or cross-functional commercial teams.
Data analysis for service performance or customer insights.
