What you’ll achieve
Join the COO Office at Dedalus as a Regional Operations Leader, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. You will work closely with regional delivery teams to optimize operations, improve performance, and implement initiatives that drive efficiency and operational excellence across the business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct regular reviews with regional teams to analyse performance against agreed corporate metrics and KPIs.
• Identify key issues and priority areas, and work with regional teams to develop strategies and solutions that improve performance and enable targets to be met or exceeded.
• Support the preparation of monthly corporate performance reports for senior management.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure that regional delivery functions, particularly Professional Services and After-Sales, operate effectively and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to regional leaders to improve processes in line with Dedalus best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the corporate team and delivery teams in assigned regions, ensuring that performance-related issues and challenges are understood and escalated where corporate support is required.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in project, service, or operational management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in French is highly desirable.
- Experience and knowledge on healthcare market in different regions (mainly Europe) is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive operational improvements and business growth.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong people management capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
Ability to work effectively in virtual, cross-functional, and international teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Willingness to travel internationally as required (typically short trips of 2–4 days).
The Regional Operations Leader will collaborate closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders, including:
• Global Delivery Team
• Product Management and Engineering teams
• Central governance functions, including DITG, CISO, QARA, and BI
• Regional Delivery and Support teams
• Sales and Pre-Sales Centre of Excellence
The minimum Base Salary for this role is € 37.791,13 with classification at level A1 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria.
