Senior Engineer- Mechanical

The Senior Engineer is a fully competent engineering professional responsible for performing complex design work, making independent technical decisions, and applying advanced engineering principles across a variety of building system projects. This role provides technical leadership, mentors junior staff, conducts calculations and system analyses, evaluates equipment and system performance, and represents the firm in meetings requiring coordination across all design disciplines. The Senior Engineer ensures that project designs meet quality standards, client expectations, and engineering best practices.
