To strengthen our Care Delivery International (CDI) Clinic Quality Management team, we are looking for a Manager Clinic Quality Management (m/f/d). In this role, you will contribute to the implementation, operation and continuous improvement of our global Quality Management System (QMS), working closely with international stakeholders to drive quality excellence across our clinic network.
Your responsibilities
As Manager Clinic Quality Management, you will take ownership of defined workstreams within the international Quality Management System and collaborate with colleagues across countries and functions to ensure consistent quality standards.
Your key responsibilities include:
Coordinate and support internal, corporate and external audit activities, including planning, execution, documentation and follow-up of corrective actions.
Support the onboarding of new countries and clinics by conducting gap analyses, coordinating implementation activities and monitoring readiness.
Track audit findings, corrective and preventive actions, identify recurring issues and support timely implementation of sustainable improvements.
Develop, maintain and analyze quality metrics, dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI), including data validation and statistical evaluations.
Prepare management reports, quality performance summaries and inputs for Management Reviews to support informed decision-making.
Participate in Country Review Meetings and support the implementation of new quality processes and QMS requirements across the assigned country portfolio.
Contribute to system and internal audits as a member of international audit teams and ensure consistent reporting and action tracking.
Collaborate closely with Local Quality Managers and global functions including Nursing Care, Clinical Governance, Medical Office and Technical Operations.
Coordinate QMS-related training activities, auditor qualification programs and international knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Maintain QMS documentation, training materials and communication platforms while supporting users with current guidance and documentation.
Lead assigned quality improvement initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring progress and providing transparent status updates.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement across the international clinic network and develop data-driven recommendations to strengthen quality performance.
Your profile
You combine strong analytical skills with a structured and collaborative working style and enjoy driving quality improvements in an international healthcare environment.
You bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Data Analytics or a related field.
Approximately 5–8 years of professional experience in Quality Management, auditing, healthcare governance or another regulated environment.
Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems, audit methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, workstreams or international initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualization, ideally using Power BI.
Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in an international matrix organization.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
