What will your job look like?

The Opportunity

A leading global technology multinational is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to provide direction and hands‑on leadership for its major center in Gurugram.

This role carries end‑to‑end accountability for Regional Operations for Gurugram covering:

  • Real Estate & Facilities
  • Meals & Refreshments
  • Vehicles & Transportation
  • Health & Safety (EHS)
  • Physical Security

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Operations Leadership
  • Provide regional leadership across all operational domains, ensuring excellence in service delivery, safety, quality, and scalability
  • Act as the single point of accountability for operational outcomes for Gurugram
  • Enable real‑time decision‑making and resolution of complex, cross‑functional operational issues
  1. Real Estate & Facilities
  • Contribute to regional real estate strategy including planning, portfolio optimization, lease negotiations, renewals, consolidations as required
  • Oversee facilities operations to deliver safe, reliable, future‑ready, and sustainable workplaces
  • Champion ESG, sustainability, and smart‑workplace initiatives
  1. Health, Safety & Physical Security
  • Govern robust EHS frameworks for Gurugram  
  • Lead Gurugram physical security strategy, crisis management, business continuity planning, and incident response
  • Partner with global security teams to proactively manage and mitigate regional risks
  1. Financial & Commercial Accountability
  • Own local budgets with full P&L responsibility
  • Lead site level OPEX and CAPEX planning, cost optimization, and gross‑margin improvement initiatives
  • Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards aligned to business outcomes

Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications

  • 12 - 15 years of managerial experience, preferably in technology or multinational organizations
  • Proven experience leading operations in Gurugram within a global operating model
  • Strong background in P&L ownership and management of large site
  • Leadership experience in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments
  • University degree in Legal, Finance, Operations, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Electrical Engineering will be preferred.
  • MBA strongly preferred / expected for this level
