Within the IOM Mozambique Country Office, the Programme Support Unit (PSU) serves as a crosscutting support function that underpins the effective design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of IOM’s programme portfolio. The PSU supports the Country Office in project development, donor reporting, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), donor and partner liaison, communication, and information management, ensuring that programmes are results based, compliant with IOM institutional standards, and aligned with donor requirements and strategic frameworks.
