As Senior Director, Plant Operations, you won’t just run a site—you’ll lead a strategic hub within our global manufacturing network, driving performance, innovation, and transformation at scale.

You will take full accountability for the Haina site, ensuring alignment with Convatec’s global strategy while driving local execution across:
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain performance
- Continuous improvement and operational excellence (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Cross-functional leadership (HR, Finance, Quality & Engineering)

 

Your Impact

This role is about transformational leadership. You will:

- Define and execute a clear, forward-looking strategy for the plant

- Build and inspire high-performing, engaged teams

- Drive cost efficiency, productivity gains, and quality improvements

- Embed a continuous improvement culture

- Lead new product introductions and technology transfers

- Deliver against ambitious financial and operational targets

Quality, Compliance & Safety at the Core

You will champion a zero-defect, safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards and driving environmental and sustainability initiatives.

What You Bring

- Proven leadership in complex, regulated manufacturing environments

- Experience leading large-scale operations (500+ employees)

- Strong track record in continuous improvement

- Ability to lead in a matrix, global organization

- Experience working with regulatory bodies

- Strong business acumen with P&L accountability

Education

- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

Additional Details

- Travel: up to 25%

- Language: English required
