Responsibilities
The Langham Club Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the Langham Club to ensure hotel guests receive only the finest service and Langham Club experience. The Langham Club Supervisor must also perform the daily duties involving the Front Desk operations i.e. registration, cashiering, check outs and other guest enquires in the Langham Club. This position also is required to deliver concierge style information and service as required and may be required to help support the food and beverage function when necessary. The Langham Club Supervisor must deliver customer service with poise based on the hotels standards and procedures. They must also conduct up selling and cross selling to maximize the hotel revenue and experience and maximize revenue potential.
