Retail Excellence Intern (m/f/d) - Full-Time

Join Birkenstock as a Retail Excellence Intern and support retail operations, training, and visual merchandising. Gain hands-on experience driving efficiency, enhancing store performance, and elevating customer experience.

 

YOUR SHOES TO FILL

• Retail Operations: Support SOP development, audit frameworks, forecasting processes, and store performance reviews
• Training & Reporting: Create onboarding materials, training decks, and maintain KPI dashboards using Excel or Tableau
• Visual Merchandising: Assist with VM guidelines, seasonal updates, and store compliance reviews
• Events & Activations: Support logistics and execution of retail events, activations, and the Retail Leaders Summit
• Research & Collaboration: Conduct market and competitor research while working cross-functionally to improve retail performance

 

YOUR WALK OF LIFE

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Organization & Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Data & Reporting: Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Excel and Tableau
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-driven mindset
• Communication Skills: Excellent writing, presentation, and design abilities using PowerPoint or Canva, with a passion for retail and customer experience
