  • Oversee procurement, scoping, and administration of professional services contracts supporting condition assessments, lifecycle modeling, and data collection.

  • Review, organize, and analyze asset data related to condition, risk, lifecycle, and performance.

  • Develop maintenance, repair, and capital renewal recommendations based on condition assessment results and asset management standards.

  • Support capital planning reviews for new construction, rehabilitation, and expansion projects by validating asset condition assumptions, scope completeness, and long-term O&M impacts.

  • Engage stakeholders and delivery partners to gather requirements, validate needs, and translate conversations into structured project definitions and business cases.

  • Support cross functional meetings and collaborate with project managers, engineers, maintenance staff, and airport divisions to ensure alignment on recommendations.

  • Utilize Maximo to manage asset data, assist with configuration updates, testing, and system enhancements.

  • Support Maximo end users with troubleshooting, training, and adoption of Maximo tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance field knowledge with detailed document production, including strong skills in writing, analysis, and use of standard office tools.

  • Proven capability to manage multiple assignments, maintain organized documentation, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

  • Experience working in aviation, transportation, utilities, or large public infrastructure environments.
