Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Employment Logistics:  The Senior Product Manager leads strategy and execution for key product initiatives that directly impact customer experience, operational excellence, and business growth. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.  Cross-functional partnership & delivery: Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-informed solutions that advance OnTrac’s goals. Product vision & strategy: Define, articulate, and continuously evolve product vision and strategy aligned with OnTrac’s business objectives and growth priorities. Outcome-driven roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap informed by market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and operational insights. Stakeholder communication: Communicate strategy and roadmap effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. User & customer understanding: Build and sustain a deep understanding of customer and internal user personas across the logistics and delivery lifecycle, and translate those needs into actionable product requirements, strategic initiatives, and roadmap priorities. User-centered advocacy: Advocate for a strong user-centered mindset across the product development process. Agile & backlog ownership: Champion agile methodologies by ensuring a well-groomed, prioritized, and outcome-focused product backlog. Sprint rituals & delivery alignment: Partner with engineering and design teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans, and lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations to ensure transparency, alignment, and momentum.
