Requirements/Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
· Proven success as a District Manager at Prime or in a similar multi-unit leadership role
· Strong track record of driving sales results through leadership, coaching, and execution
· Proven ability to develop leaders, build culture, and strengthen retention across multiple locations
· Strong understanding of staffing, recruiting, and bench development in a retail environment
· Ability to inspect performance, identify gaps, and turn insight into action
· Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable using reporting and AI tools to support planning, communication, and visibility
