You will provide support through three channels: chat, email, and phone calls, ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance tailored to their needs.   • Engaging with customers through live chat, phone calls, and email, while effectively and efficiently addressing their requests and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Conducting internal tasks to improve customer perception of our platform.
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
  • Advocating for responsible gaming.
