Job Description

Park 6 Logistic is seeking a Client Support Associate to serve as a key point of contact for clients and provide outstanding service throughout their experience with our company. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering professional support while ensuring client needs are addressed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and account-related matters.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates.
  • Assist clients with resolving issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor client requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to customer service activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional client experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
