Dining Assistant - Full Time

The Dining Assistant supports patient-centered care by assisting with meal delivery, tray setup, and basic feeding support under the direction of nursing and nutrition services. This role ensures patients receive their meals accurately, on time, and in a manner that promotes dignity, independence, and nutrition safety. The Dining Assistant acts as a liaison between nutrition services and nursing units, helping meet patients’ dietary needs and satisfaction. Promotes and adheres to the IRMC core values of ICARE (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) and G.R.E.A.T. (greet/respond/explain/ask/thank) customer service standards.
