Facilities Project Manager - Real Estate & Construction

Coherent Corp is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate and Construction Project Manager to assess the overall performance of our manufacturing and office locations throughout the US. The ideal candidate will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of real estate development processes, construction management, and regulatory compliance. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
