To supervise and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities related to Fire Alarm Systems, SMATV, CCTV, Intercom, and associated ELV systems. The Foreman is responsible for ensuring system reliability, leading maintenance teams, supporting authority inspections, and maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
