The Role
As a Product Manager on the Membership Product Management team, you will guide product strategy, development delivery and growth of the Classic Membership product. As the owner of AAA's foundational membership product, this role focuses on strengthening the core value proposition, broad-market acquisition, renewal performance, and long-term member value. Success means launching features that move key metrics for membership acquisition, create member delight, and strengthen AAA’s market position.

What You Will Do
Define and evolve the strategy, positioning, and growth roadmap for AAA Classic Membership, balancing acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime member value objectives.
Develop business cases and multi-quarter roadmaps that connect product investments to membership growth, profitability, member satisfaction, and long-term business outcomes.
Analyze member behavior, market trends, competitive dynamics, and operational performance to identify opportunities that strengthen membership value and market differentiation.
Own the end-to-end management of the Classic Membership product, including acquisition programs, growth initiatives, forecasting, profitability management, product enhancements, and cost optimization.
Partner with Marketing, Digital Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to align priorities, influence roadmaps, and deliver cohesive member experiences.
Design and execute structured experiments to validate product enhancements, acquisition strategies, pricing approaches, and engagement initiatives; use data and member insights to continuously improve performance.
Define and monitor key performance indicators including acquisition, retention, penetration, profitability, engagement, and member satisfaction; translate insights into actionable product decisions.
Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to interpret cohort analyses, segmentation models, behavioral trends, and performance reporting that inform product strategy.
Build trusted relationships across the organization by driving collaboration, communicating clearly, influencing without direct authority, and maintaining focus on member and business outcomes.
What You Bring
5+ years leading customer-facing products, membership programs, subscription businesses, or related consumer products through the full product lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing product strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, profitability, and long-term customer value.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect long-term vision to execution plans, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to partner with Analytics or Data Science teams to define success metrics, design experiments, interpret results, and translate findings into product improvements.
Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Legal, and executive stakeholders to influence decisions and deliver results.
Fluency with product discovery methodologies, experimentation frameworks, customer insights, and data-driven decision making.
Proven ability to simplify complexity, drive consensus, and influence without direct authority.
AI-fluent and comfortable leveraging modern tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, communication, and product execution.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$120,500.00 - $160,800.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
