Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations at a unionized and non-unionized manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and collective bargaining agreements (CBA), where applicable. This role serves as a trusted HR partner to employees and supervisors, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance. This role will serve as Generalist for both locations, Elkhart and North Liberty.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws (FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, ADA, NLRA), and union contracts, if applicable.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, UKG, UltiPro), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret CBAs and assist in labor relations efforts, if applicable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to resolve workplace conflicts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment, managing multiple priorities.
