The Sous Chef supports the Room Chef in managing the back of house culinary operations and ensuring efficient service flow. This role assists with food production, recipe consistency, team leadership, training, inventory, and menu development. The Sous Chef helps maintain high culinary standards while ensuring all kitchen areas and equipment meet Health Department sanitation requirements.
