What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As our Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will have complete localized ownership of a high-profile, 3-building Class A corporate campus. Manage Infrastructure: Oversee heavy-duty critical power infrastructure, including backup generator systems, load-bank testing, evaporators, and basic MEP systems.
Financial & Vendor Autonomy: Own the localized budget, procurement, and capital improvement proposals, identifying lifecycles of major assets and presenting data-driven solutions to executive leadership.
What You Bring To The Team
Strictly commercial Class A corporate space background.
Strong practical engineering foundation with a formal degree or top-tier industry certifications.
High character, radical transparency, impeccable moral standards, and the soft skills to communicate truth constructively.
Tech-savviness with the ability to quickly adapt to modern software stacks.
