As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. You will be part of our Global International Supply Chain team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management + sea transportation management solutions.
How you create impact
Your primary objective is to ensure the International Supply Chain (ISC) community has the right business intelligence insights to deliver on our customer experience and overall ISC strategy.
- To identify, build, standardize and evolve performance management tools using performance metrics and service level agreements.
- To support in the development and management of overall performance strategy.
- To translate internal and external product demand into new products, value propositions and enhancements to our business intelligence tools and features as well as our application landscape.
- To conduct Voice of the Customer + Voice of the Process research to ensure ISC has business intelligence in line with market requirements.
- To drive standardization + scalability of product control environments.
- To continuously improve the data governance strategy.
- To drive the application of technology and drive the feature development roadmap of our order management systems.
- To activate support functions to deliver against the ISC strategic objectives + business needs.
