We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products and services. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes while aligning with organizational goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with executives, engineering teams, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to bring innovative AI solutions to market.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

 

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute product strategies that drive AI adoption and business value.
  • Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps.
  • Identify market opportunities and emerging technology trends.
  • Define product goals, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Align product initiatives with business objectives.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Lead AI products through the full product lifecycle.
  • Manage product planning, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and AI teams throughout development.
  • Define product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across business and technology functions.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present product updates and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback.
  • Manage competing priorities and expectations.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor product performance and drive optimization initiatives.
  • Track adoption, usage, and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Support data-driven product decision-making.

AI Innovation & Governance

  • Support responsible and sustainable AI product development.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and capabilities.
  • Ensure products align with governance and compliance requirements.
  • Support responsible AI practices and risk management.
  • Drive innovation across the product portfolio.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
  • Proven experience leading technology, data, or AI-focused products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience defining product metrics and measuring success.
  • Ability to prioritize competing business and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex technology solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing Generative AI, machine learning, or automation products.
  • Product certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Pragmatic Institute.
  • Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology product environments.
  • MBA or advanced business qualification.
  • Exposure to AI engineering and machine learning development practices.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
