Executive Presence: 3+ years of experience directly supporting executive communications and/or leading change management initiatives. Master Storyteller: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to translate complex corporate data into compelling narratives. Agility & Autonomy: A highly organized self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, can manage multiple workstreams independently, and successfully drives projects to completion under tight deadlines. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Discretion: Proven ability to operate with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace (particularly Docs & Slides); experience with web publishing tools (including ServiceNow) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
