Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the development of integrated, 360 marketing strategies across our supplement and apparel business. This role I responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing performance across digital and physical retail channels.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of omni-channel marketing, consumer behavior, and performance analytics. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, social, and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns, elevate brand experience, and drive measurable business results in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.


  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions across digital and physical retail including in-store (in-gym), events, online (Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop) and affiliate programs.
  • Budget Management & ROI Ownership: Build, manage, and optimize the marketing budget aligned with business objectives. Forecast and allocate spend effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI and performance outcomes.
  • Content Creation: Partner with internal teams and our external partners to oversee the creation of compelling brand and promotional content that aligns with business goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, retail promotions, experiential events, and brand activations.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, improve efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms to inform innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, creative, social media, and sales team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaign execution across all channels.
