Job Description

Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.

The Learning Product, Skilling, and Curation Lead role is responsible for designing and scaling Micron’s Talent Intelligence Layer — the system that connects skills, learning, career mobility, and AI-driven guidance into a unified workforce capability engine.

You will operate at the intersection of skills architecture, AI, and workforce transformation, shaping how employees grow, how managers build capability, and how the enterprise makes talent decisions.

This is not a traditional learning role. It is a system builder role, focused on defining the next generation of talent systems beyond LXPs, where intelligence, not content, drives development.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Talent Intelligence Layer

  • Define how skills, learning, and career pathways integrate into a unified talent system

  • Design and scale AI-driven guidance that delivers actionable development and career decisions

  • Build and evolve skills intelligence (inference, role readiness, and capability insights)

  • Lead development of AI agents that support manager decisions and employee career navigation

  • Drive build vs. buy strategy and partner with technology providers to scale solutions

AI System and Innovation

  • Lead the strategy and deployment of AI-enabled capabilities across the talent ecosystem

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases (e.g., manager and career copilots, skills intelligence)

  • Co-build scalable solutions with internal teams and external partners

  • Embed AI into real work workflows to drive adoption and impact

  • Shape the long-term architecture for agent-driven talent systems

Enterprise Skilling Architecture

  • Define and scale enterprise skills architecture as a dynamic, evolving system

  • Establish skill-to-role, learning, and experience linkages to enable development at scale

  • Ensure skills power career mobility, workforce planning, and development decisions

Career and Workforce Capability Systems

  • Build career pathways that enable actionable decision-making, not just visibility

  • Enable employees to understand next roles, skill gaps, and development priorities

  • Generate workforce insights on capability gaps, role readiness, and pipeline strength

Learning Ecosystems and Partnerships

  • Partner with leading vendors and emerging technology providers to build scalable solutions

  • Drive build vs. buy decisions across AI, skills intelligence, and career systems

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions across the talent ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience building people systems using a product approach.

  • Strong capability in skills architecture operationalization.

  • Experience crafting or integrating career pathways or growth frameworks into digital platforms.

  • Partnering with technical teams for scalable solutions.

  • Proven ability to work across global collaborators and influence without direct authority.

  • Operate with high autonomy in an evolving system

  • Work in ambiguity to define future-state architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in practice.

  • 5+ years in learning, learning products, people technology, skills frameworks, talent intelligence/people analytics, or platform-based learning ecosystems.

  • Experience in a global enterprise environment preferred.

  • Experience with LXP ecosystems and/or talent platforms strongly preferred.

This role is built for a product-focused leader who thrives where learning, skills, technology, and human-centered AI meet. They can translate signals into scalable systems and encourage global teams to deliver future-ready learning experiences.
