Case Manager, Disability Management

Use your knowledge of disability management principles and experience of case management to adjudicate and case manage short-term and long-term disability absences by ensuring clients are participating in appropriate treatments, conducting ongoing assessments of functional abilities, administering the STD/LTD benefits during medically supported work absences, understanding disability insurance principles to accurately adjudicate absences, and coordinating return to work activities with stakeholders.
