Job Description
The Manufacturing Assembler plays a critical role in building high-quality electro-mechanical products while actively contributing to continuous improvement, process stability, and operational excellence.
This role goes beyond traditional assembly work. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, curious, and improvement-oriented, with the ability to follow standard work while also identifying opportunities to improve it. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production and a culture of accountability and innovation.
***This role will require a week of travel after onboarding to Fultonville, NY for training***
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production Execution
Assemble electro-mechanical components and finished goods according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Perform calibration, testing, and inspection to ensure products meet quality standards and functional requirements.
Read and interpret product documentation, including drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Complete required production reporting, checklists, and system transactions accurately.
Standard Work & Process Discipline
Follow established standard work with consistency and attention to detail.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in current processes.
