REQUISITION ID: 10215 | Part-time | Limited | ON-SITE/REMOTE: Hybrid YOUR TASKS Assist with regular reporting in purchasing controlling Further development and optimization of existing management reports, including those based on ThinkCell templates Analysis and presentation of cost trends and inflation surcharges Collaboration on the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards Design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint and intranet pages, including page structure (Support from the ground up) Handling administrative tasks in SharePoint, particularly regarding permissions, authentication, and authorization Structured management and maintenance of documents and content Supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks Creating, revising, and preparing PowerPoint presentations for management YOUR PROFILE Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field Excellent written and spoken English skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Quick learner, analytical thinking, and a meticulous work style; enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new subject areas Come and join our team!
