Job Description 1: PLM–SAP Migration Expert (SAP Focus)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PLM–SAP Migration Expert responsible for leading and executing migration initiatives between PLM systems and SAP environments. The role requires strong expertise in SAP data models, migration tools, and integration with PLM platforms.

Experience

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in PLM to SAP migration projects
• Experience working in global/enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration from PLM systems to SAP (ECC/S4HANA)
• Analyze and map PLM data structures to SAP objects (Material Master, BOM, Change Management)
• Design and execute migration strategy, data cleansing, and validation processes
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance during migration
• Support testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
