In this role, you will be responsible in providing company product’s value to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers through diverse sales activities and effectively implementing the company’s marketing activities. – Women's Health
Responsibilities
Manage the individual’s territory business to achieve agreed business target:
- Build excellent relationships with target customers by maximizing the added value from our promotional goods & services based on individual’s needs and value.
- Develop and implement Territory Business Plan (TBP) with guidance from DSM, being aligned with brand strategies & tactics from marketing.
- Enhance sales productivity by cooperating with other teams.
Drive self – development proactively:
- Continuous self-directed competencies development
- Continuously build industry, district, customer knowledge and business expertise.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years Sales Expereinces in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Functional Knowledge: Product Knowledge, Marketing Principle
- Skills: Communication, interpersonal, presentation, MS Office skill
- Leadership Behaviors: Drive Results, Focus on Customers & Patients, Demonstrate Ethics & Integrity
- Others: Enthusiastic & Resilient under pressures
