- Provide bedside patient care and monitor vital signs and cardiac status - Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws - Collaborate with RNs and care teams on treatment plans - Ensure patient safety, infection control, and protocol compliance - Document care in EMR/EHR systems - Report changes in patient condition promptly
