Job Title – Warehouse Administrative Assistant - International
Location – Montgomery, AL, on-site

What You Will Do
· Oversees shipping, handling of materials and equipment documentation for international projects. Helps maintain files, invoices and supports the International Department staff and warehouses as needed.
· Assigns shipping control numbers (SCN) for materials sent to the central receiving point (CRP).
· Monitors the purchasing card website and updates cost-code transactions for the international department and warehouse for final monthly reconciliation.
· Final PAs and subcontracts releases, verify POs, and MR, and reconciliation on daily invoices.
· Updating and issuing all Logistic Reports for Home Office and Jobsites review.
· Assists with verifying and maintaining inventory data for central receiving point (CRP). Assists with maintaining and tracking all material and equipment slated for shipment to overseas projects.
· Assists with preparation of documentation for submittal to insurance company upon notification of damaged materials.
· Reviews pro-forma invoices and other reports and assists as needed.
· Assists with coordinating air freight deliveries to project sites.
· Serves as secondary point of contact for jobsites in instances where problems are encountered upon delivery.
· Support for Administrative Assistant duties as needed.
· Performs all other duties as may be assigned.
- Working Conditions – Some travel, standing and walking around the project site frequently to manage the project, seldom participates in lifting and moving of objects on site. Subject to frequent loud noise.

· Accountable to Project site(s) and overall program schedule & budget.

Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED and minimum four years’ experience in logistics operations required.
While the salary range is typically between $35,600 - $49,400 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants to make attractive and competitive offers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, experience with a logistics database is preferred. Knowledge of international shipping required. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Certifications, Licenses, etc. - Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required
