What will your job look like?
- Design and build ETL pipelines integrating structured and unstructured data sources
- Work with relational, NoSQL, and graph databases
- Implement semantic data models and support RDF-based solutions
- Develop and maintain JSON schemas and data standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth cloud deployments
- Apply DevSecOps practices across the data lifecycle
- Support high-quality, analysis-ready datasets for business stakeholders
All you need is...
- Proven experience in data engineering (SQL, ETL development)
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with NoSQL databases (document and/or graph databases)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code
- Ability to work in cross-functional enterprise teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with RDF data formats and SPARQL
- AWS services (Lambda, Glue, Step Functions)
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools
- Experience in data engineering (e.g., SQL queries, ETL jobs / data pipelines)
- Command of at least one programming language, such as Python
- Experience with DevOps practices, including source code version control (e.g., Git), continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD)
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Bioinformatics, or Cheminformatics; or relevant equivalent skills and experience
- Professional proficiency in English
