Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Medical Solutions Lead who is collaborative, science-driven, and patient-focused to join our Immunology Medical team, based at our UCB offices in Warsaw, Poland.
About the role
In this role, you will help turn scientific understanding into meaningful outcomes for people living with immunological conditions. You will shape local medical solutions, enable thoughtful scientific exchange, and support strategies that raise standards of care in Poland. You are going to connect evidence with human insight, helping teams create high-quality, compliant initiatives that bring lasting value to patients, healthcare professionals, and the wider care community.
Who you will work with
You will join a collaborative and supportive Immunology Medical team in Poland, working closely with colleagues across medical, commercial, market access, compliance, and regulatory areas. You are going to connect with field medical partners and external healthcare stakeholders to shape relevant, high-quality activities. Together, you will foster a culture of shared learning, scientific curiosity, and care-focused thinking, where diverse perspectives help create better experiences and stronger outcomes for patients.
What you will do
- Support integrated strategy planning with cross-functional colleagues.
- Enable advisory boards, congress activities, and non-promotional medical events.
- You will provide scientific training for teams, newcomers, and external partners.
- You will manage projects, budgets, and stakeholder collaboration across medical initiatives.
- Foster compliant, high-quality review of promotional and medical materials.
- Adapt scientific materials for local medical use in Poland.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
- Master’s degree, PhD preferred; in medicine, life sciences, healthcare, or a related discipline.
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical industry in medical affair roles (immunology preferred) with consistent delivery and learning.
- Experience in medical plan execution.
- Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and the pharmaceutical environment in Poland.
- Strong English communication skills, project coordination, and medical plan implementation.
