Comunicação & Engajamento
Apoiar a criação de sessões de desenvolvimento de pessoas para impulsionar o crescimento profissional.
Ser a voz do RH! Auxiliar na comunicação interna com os colaboradores, garantindo que todos estejam conectados e bem informados.
Colaborar em projetos de cultura organizacional, diversidade e clima organizacional, contribuindo para gerar impacto positivo.
Eventos & Atividades
Apoiar a criação e organização de eventos de RH que promovam conexões entre pessoas e ideias.
Desenvolver apresentações de impacto para compartilhar indicadores, dados e iniciativas de Recursos Humanos.
Desenvolvimento de Pessoas
Apoiar iniciativas voltadas ao crescimento e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.
Auxiliar na gestão de contratos e no relacionamento com fornecedores de serviços de RH (treinamento, recrutamento, benefícios, entre outros).
Qualificações
Estar cursando Administração de Empresas, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas similares (formatura prevista para meados de 2029).
Inglês e Espanhol avançados (altamente desejável).
Boa comunicação interpessoal.
Muita energia, proatividade e vontade de aprender.
Raciocínio lógico e analítico.
Atenção aos detalhes.
