Job Description

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (typically less complex, below M3)
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
  • Conduct structured interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the process.
  • Partner with TA leadership on projects such as employer branding, diversity hiring, or process improvements.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates
  • Provide data-driven updates on hiring progress
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and tools to effectively source passive candidates and build a robust pipeline for future business requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 4+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience balancing a high-volume req load would be added advantage
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven record of success in filling roles, hitting goals and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in managing recruitment in EMEA or APAC (Outside of India) would be preferred
  • Flexible to work from the office atleast once a month
