
Contact Center Member Advisor (On-Site) - Kendall
Job Description
The Contact Center Member Advisor (CC Member Advisor) is responsible for handling complex member requests, including account closures, retention strategies and account number changes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial regulations, credit union operations, fraud prevention, and risk management to ensure compliance and exceptional member service. The CC Member Advisor also assists in training, mentoring, and operational improvements within the MCC. This role also supports the Lending department by taking loan applications and serving as a backup for Lending Specialists during high-demand periods.
