Position: Staffing Coordinator
Location: Green Bay, WI
In this role, you’ll support recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and talent engagement efforts while delivering exceptional customer service to job seekers, clients, and internal teams. You’ll help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding and beyond.
Position Overview – Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates for open positions
- Utilize recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media to support hiring efforts
- Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding activities and orientations
- Conduct reference checks, process employment documentation, and maintain accurate records
- Answer Talent questions regarding benefits, payroll, and employment-related inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and support ongoing talent pipelines
- Provide administrative and clerical support including phone calls, data entry, and communication follow-up
- Support social media engagement and promote ABR as an employer of choice
- Represent ABR at networking events, trainings, and community functions

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent related experience
- Prior experience in customer service, recruiting, administrative support, human resources, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and online platforms
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, outgoing, and energetic with a passion for helping people succeed
