How You’ll Shine:
The Office Coordinator is an instrumental team member to our Guest Service/Marketing Department. We are searching for a team player who believes in providing outstanding customer service and ensures that our team delivers a memorable vacation to our guests on each and every stay.
Office Administrator /Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant
The hourly rate for this role is $19.00.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Responsible for constant cleanliness by providing housekeeping throughout the resort and ensuring a clean environment for guests. Assist housekeeping team with upkeep of supplies, deliver linen, paper products and unit amenities, strip and make bed(s), assist with Training (On going) - Compliance/On Boarding/HwH.
- Property Compliance.
- Committee Commitment/Data Recording Green/Safety/PRR.
- Office Supplies/Brand Standard Ordering/Rollouts.
- Continued team support (Using Compass/Benefits...etc.) - Especially non-computer users.
- General Department Support - Month End Inventories, Board set-ups, team events, holiday/birthday celebrations.
- Travel time not required except around property as needed and has access to company golf cart.
What You’ll Bring:
- Must have possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable in leading a group facilitation.
- MS Office proficiency.
- 1-2 years prior administrative, training or leading a group.
- Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
- High School/GED
