Engineering Supervisor

Position Overview:  The Engineering Supervisor oversees and coordinates daily operations of the plant operations and engineering department to ensure the facility maintains a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role provides direct supervision of engineering staff, manages workflows, ensures adherence to codes and regulations, and supports ongoing performance improvement initiatives within the department.
