Learning & Workforce Capability Manager

Na Aliʻi is seeking a Learning & Workforce Capability Manager to lead the company’s enterprise learning strategy,  workforce development programs, and capability-building initiatives..  This role will shape how employees develop critical leadership, technical, operational, and AI-enabled skills needed to support business growth, customer success, and organizational readiness.
